Delete your account and data — Rondo

This page explains how to delete your account and the data associated with it in the Rondo app (developer: Oz Gilat).

Delete from inside the app (recommended)

1. Open the app and go to Settings.
2. If you created child profiles, delete them first under Manage children.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your profile, your membership in every group, pending requests, and your login account. If you are the only admin of a group that still has other members, promote another admin first.

Request deletion without access to the app

Email ozgilat@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, subject "Rondo account deletion". We will process the request within 30 days and confirm by email.

Guest kids

A child a group admin added as a guest (first name only) has no account of their own. The group admin removes the guest from the Admin panel, which deletes its data and signs out its phone. A parent who doesn't use the app can email ozgilat@gmail.com with the group name and the child's first name, and we will delete the guest entry within 30 days. Guest entries are also deleted automatically when the group is archived or deleted, or when no admin remains. If you are an admin who added guests and you delete your account, the guests pass to another admin in the group, or are deleted if no admin remains.

What is deleted and what may remain

• Deleted: account details (name, email, phone), group memberships, pending requests, push token, a Google Calendar connection if you set one up (Rondo's access is revoked and the stored token deleted; the calendar itself stays in your Google account), and the login account.
• May remain: records of past rides in groups you belonged to may still show the name that appeared on them, so the other parents' schedule stays consistent. Those records are no longer linked to your account.
• Screenshots attached to bug reports are automatically deleted after 90 days regardless.
